2. We met 6 1/2 years ago through someone I work with (who is my MOH:))

3. Jan 10th was 6yrs

4. No College

5. We have a almost 5yr old yellow lab (Roxie) and once we purchase a house with a yard I would love at least 1 more dog and we want 2 kids

2. We wet to high school together but never knew each and were introduced by mutual friends.

3. We will have been together 2 years when we get married in May.

4. I went to Scripps College (part of the Claremont Colleges)

5. We are getting a puppy after we get back from our Honeymoon.

1. DeKalb - I may be wishful thinking a bit by calling this a Chicago suburb, but I'm from Downers Grove and we're getting married in Elk Grove.

2. We met through mutual friends more than 10 years ago.

3. 6 years this past November.

4. I went to Elmhurst College for undergrad and now I'm a grad student at NIU.

5. No kids or pets yet, but we'd like both someday.

5. We have 2 cats, Mr. Mittens and George..Once we move to a house in anfew years we will get a puppy since we cannot have one in our building..kids in a few years

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? Through coworkers. (My boss was dating his coworker.)

3. How long have you been together? Just over 9 1/2 years.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? I went to UC Berkeley. He graduated from San Francisco State.

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? We have two Yorkies, Kimo and Sophia. We'd like to have at least two kids eventually.

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? We were friends in highschool. Didn't start dating until college though.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? I went to Valparaiso and he went to U of I (champaign)

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future?we don't have any kids or pets, but i hope to eventually get a cat or dog. we might have kids in the future but we decided to not think about that for 10 years.

I went to ISU for undergrad and GSU for graduate. He went to Olivet Nazarene for undergrad to play football, EIU for his teacher's cert. and GSU for grad degree.

No pets. Kids in the future though!

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? We met at work. I wasn't interested at first but he was very persistent, so I gave him a shot and here we are 4 years later

3. How long have you been together? 4 years

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? Roosevelt University

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? No pets, now or in the future. We definitely want two kids in the future.

H and I met through a friend at a happy hour - at McFadden's of all places!

3. How long have you been together?
3 years and a few months. Married 3 months.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go?
SUNY Geneseo in upstate NY for me. CSU in Colorado for him.

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future?
Neither now. Both in the future. We want to get a dog soon-ish once we move to a place that allows them. Kids won't be for 3 more years or so.

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? We went to elementry school together (even playd on the same co-ed soccer team when we were 5!) - my family moved to Naperville in 4th grade but FI and I went to the same college where he remembered me and we reconnected.

3. How long have you been together? 6.5 years

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? Both went to ISU

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? None yet, I want a puppy but we are waiting until after the wedding. We want kids in a few years.

FI and I met about 10 years ago online.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? Jacksonville University in FL (I'm originally from SC though) for undergrad, and The Chicago School for my M.A. FI just started at IUSB for his B.A

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? Neither now...but we definitely want both in the future!

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? We rescued a pit bull from a shelter a year ago. Kids in the future for sure!

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? - We met at Willowbrook Ballroom at Swing Night. He asked me to dance.

3. How long have you been together? 3 years

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? Northern Illinois for Undergrad, starting Loyola in Fall for Grad.

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? I have a five year old from a previous marriage. We are both divorced. We have one cat named Derby. He is a Siberian, a very rare breed.

1. Where do you live? Just outside the northside of the city in Morton Grove.

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? We met via an online dating site. Our first date was at a bar in Ravenswood where we had drinks and watched TURTLE RACING. Kudos to him for the best idea ever.

3. How long have you been together? Three and a half years.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? For me: Undergrad - VCU; Grad - UVa. For him: Oakton CC and soon finishing his Bachelor's at a yet-to-be-determined university.

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? Neither for now, both in the future.

We have no concrete wedding plans right now as we are in a giant state of transition between jobs and living situations. A move to the east coast might be in our immediate future, so we've decided to take it slow on wedding planning until we know where we'll be in a few months!

We're actually getting married in 2013 but I hope it's okay that I participate as well

1. Where do you live? Joliet/Plainfield

2. Where/how did you and FI meet? We actually went to the same Catholic school as kids, I moved and we kept touch here and there both nothing substanial, and we started talking again about three years ago. The summer after we got back in touch he asked me to go on a date and it makes me as giddy now as it did then

3. How long have you been together? We have been together since August 2009, but we don't know the exact date of our first date.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go? I am currently in college, I go to JJC for Nursing. I was at Lewis for a while but didn't complete any degrees there. He has a Bachelor's in Accounting from Robert Morris.

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future? I have a son that we both love and adore, but eventually we want 3 ish more kids. We have two dogs; Bruno is a half English/half American bulldog, Puck is a dauschund yorkie mix.

Crystal Lake, boo! I'll be back in the city one day when we can sell this condo...

2. Where/how did you and FI meet?
LOLZ online. He's from New Orleans, and he moved up here to be with me after doing the long distance thing and traveling to visit for a while.

3. How long have you been together?
First officially met face-to-face in late June 2007. He moved in with me here on January 30, 2009.

4. If you went to college, where'd you go?
NIU, he went to LSU.

5. Kids? Pets? - Now or future?
No kids, now or in the future. I am very maternal to animals though, and know we will be very happy adopting animals forever. Right now we have two boy cats that we adore and are the center of our lives (not to sound like a creepy cat lady!). Once we have a house we'll get a dog, too.
