Hello all!
I am looking for tips and suggestions when hosting your wedding at Vermilion on the Lake Historic Community Center.
Specifically, I am most worried about finding a caterer! Any suggestions from past brides, or Vermilion, OH natives would be greatly appreciated! It is tough to just have "any" caterer because if you have not been to the VOL venue, you may not realize what you are getting yourself into. I would love to find someone local, who has catered there before. I am looking, if possible, to have plated versus a buffet so that is another issue with the temperature of the food. I am open to a buffet but would prefer plated. My guest list is around 250.
Additionally, I am also looking for accommodations "outside of the box". I have blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn, but any other local cottage/condo rentals for large groups would be great! I am planning on coming up on Tuesday evening (for my Friday wedding) so I can "relax", if possible!
