Skillet Catering?

Has anyone used skillet for catering before?
The contact person, Alexa, seems kind of slow in responding to my emails.
I am a bit hesitant although I love the idea of the mobile van catering.
Does anyone has any experience with Skillet?
How did your buffet table look?
How's your overall experience on it?

    I haven't used them for catering ... but I just ate there yesterday ... delish!  Their business is booming - I know they just opened a restaurant on Capitol Hill.
