Hi Ladies,

Have any of you come across spreadsheets that make it easy to organize the proposals you received from vendors? I have literally contacted dozens and am having a hard time keeping them all straight. All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

    Columns:
    -Vendor Name
    -Contact #
    -Contact Person
    -Dates contacted
    -Notes

    I agee with excel.

    Why so many? If someone has good reviews and a good price, it will be a lot easier on you to just book them. I mean of course compare 2-3 for each category but I don't think you need dozens.

    I looked at a lot of places too. Just because I wanted to make sure I got the right venue for our wedding. To make things easy for myself....if I looked at the venue and there was more then 3 things wrong, or they did not have an outdoor reception area, I crossed them off the list. 

    I got it down to 3 and then did the whole pro/con list
