Bill Levkoff BM delivery

My last BM finally got measured today (for personal reasons) and we were able to order their dresses for my July wedding. I figured we still have plenty of time since on Bill Levkoff's site it says dresses are delivered in about 12 weeks which would be mid-April. However, the woman at the store said they should arrive in mid-May. Now, I'm worried about tailoring time for the girls or if there's any kind of delay from Bill Levkoff. If you ordered Bill Levkoff BM dresses, how long did they take? Should I call to have them rush ordered??

    I wouldn't worry. My 6 BMs ordered theirs in October and they just came in last week. My wedding is at the end of May, which leaves plenty of time for possible alterations. (Counting the weeks it took exactly 12) Hope this helps!

    There is more than enough time for alterations on a bridesmaid dress if they come in Mid-May. You'll be fine!

    BM dress alterations should be pretty easy, so mid-May should be fine! It only took me 2-3 weeks maximum to have BM dresses altered when I've worn them (sometimes 1 week or less). Unless you're asking for something really complicated to be done, or if a girl needs a dress completely re-worked, it should be quick.

    The last dress I had altered had to be taken in, and an arm-hole had to be modified because I have broad shoulders. Took them 10 days. My sister had to have her dress for the same wedding totally reworked (it was 4 sizes too large), and it took 2 weeks. And this was drape-y chiffon so reworking wasn't easy.

    My wedding is May 23. The lady at the store said that as long as I ordered them at the end of November I would be fine.
