My former grade school teacher found out I was engaged through my mom and offered her calligraphy services for my wedding invitations (the envelopes). I can't get over how sweet she is to volunteer for this, and obviously I want to get her a gift to thank her. What is an appropriate amount to give? I was thinking of a nice thank you card with a $100 gift card to a nice restaurant, but am open to any suggestions.
