HELP! Any venue packages under $4,000?

Hi! I am hunting for a Dallas wedding venue-just reception, that comes with tables, chairs, linens at least- for under $4,000

Any one have some names?

I got Addison Event Center, Bacara and Novu Room. Can't find anymore.

Colleyville Center doesn't come with linens and for a Saturday it's $2,200 for 8 hours. Includes tables and chairs.

You can also check out The Reserve Banquet Hall in Euless and and T&P Station in Fort Worth. They are both around the $2500 price point and include table and chairs.

My coordinator also runs the events department for Metro Linen, so if ur place doesn't offer linens, call Metro!

Off The Grid and Lofty Spaces in South Dallas (same owner and the venues are like 1 mile from each other), $2950 for the venue, tables and chairs, and you can rent linens directly from them. They're both pretty modern and industrial looking on the inside.
