Starting the search for the dress

I have a friend who just bought her gown at the House of Brides. Guess they are having a huge sale cause they are retiring....anybody else been there???

    House of Brides has two business operations.  They have stores that operate as normal bridal salons, and they also run an online shopping site.  The latter is not recommended. There have been a lot of complaints about customer service, and several major designers have pulled their lines from them because of this.
