Is this dress to much for a second wedding? I am also over 40. Please let me know.

Anything goes with attire, as long as it matches the formality of the event. Do what you feel is most comfortable and what looks best on you.

LOL. I originally wasn't going to get one with a train because I felt awkward with it being second wedding. However, I found one that made me and my step-daughter (from first marriage) cry. My teenage daughter loved it as well, but she doesn't cry as easily. LOL. I still feel a little awkward with a dress like this for second wedding, but I LOVE IT! At least, it's ivory.

Beautiful dress and absolutely no reason not to wear it for a second wedding at any age. In this modern age, a second wedding is still a joyful occasion that deserves as much celebration and wedding trappings as the bride and groom desire. Wear the beautiful dress that you love and don't think twice about it.
