I just received an email from UPS confirming a delivery. I did not have any thing coming today, and when I opened the door nothing was there. I went online and it looks like FI had flowers delivered and someone stole them. They must have come in the ten minutes I was up stairs.

    OH NO! Call whoever the company was. ProFlowers has been really good about sending replacements in the past.

    Also sometimes shifty UPS drivers mark things off as delivered before they actually get there.

    Did you check with your neighbors at all? Maybe they gave them to a neighbor if they weren't getting an answer so that the flowers wouldn't sit outside? If not, and someone did steal them, that's super shitty.

    OR you could have gotten a virus. There's a new scam out there that says UPS delivery and when you click the button it's a virus, and maybe you'll get flowers later in the day.  I just don't see UPS delivering flowers.

    It looks like he ordered from ProFlowers. I will see if UPS shows up in the next hours or so if not I will let him know when he gets home. The emails are really UPS looked up the confirmation number from their website not the link (I don't trust email links most of the time). It just sucks that he did a sweet thing that will now be a headache.

    I really thing the annoying teenagers that were outside filming a skateboarding video took them though. Teenagers were there, I went up stairs for a few minutes to use the bathroom, then they were gone and I got the delivery confirmation.

    When I was in college, one of the huge frats got kicked out of their house and off campus for selling cocaine. So they moved into my apartment complex. On the floor below me. The entire floor. And thought it was funny to send pledges upstairs to sing outside my bedroom window at 4am.

    that sucks. if its from pro flowers they should send a replacement. i would be pissed. luckily i live on a main street so nothing really has gotten taken. my FI on the other hand heard a knock at his door went to open the door and a huge box blocking the door. upon closer inspection it was for someone down the street. he called fedex (i think it was) told them if the driver didnt come back for it in 30 minutes he was going to keep the box or something and within 5 minutes the driver was back took box and apologized.

    Oh, good! This happens a lot with me and another house with deliveries and mail. They have the same number as my house, but not the same street name. How do you mess that up?
