Rustic NJ Wedding

Hi all!  Any suggestions for a rustic-y venue in NJ close to relatively close to NYC.  We want an outdoor ceremony, indoor reception.  We want to keep in on the low side, like $65-75 a head.  There are just so many websites and never priced.  This seems to be the most confusing part!  And then the thought of renting a spot and catering. I'd appreciate any help!!!

    What do you consider close to NYC?  All of the places "close" to NYC to me would be over $120 per person.  

    How many people are you looking to host?  What month and year?  Depending on the month, you might be able to get a better deal if its their off season.  Friday nights and Sundays are generally cheaper, but you do run the risk of the declines being higher because of work schedules.  But that is solely up to you.  (I had a Friday wedding and only a 10% decline rate).
