We are renting out vrbo.com/311979 for our wedding weekend. I wanted us to maybe go to The Gossy Room (formerly Cleopatra's Barge) on Friday night. I have 20 people staying at the house. What's my best option for getting us all to the strip and back? Do limo's do short term reservations? Do cab companies have buses?

A limo for 20 is going to be a special order type thing, and typically limos have a two hour minimum. Your best bet is a mini bus for 20 or 24 from Bell Trans, who does hourly rentals now:

I'd call and talk to them and see if they are willing to be flexible on return time.
