My advice if you go to the office off of Eastern and Horizon, go Friday first thing. Otherwise make an appointment, also this office doesn't help with the actual cards, that's the other office I think either downtown off of 4th or Buffalo.

    Only Buffalo does the actual cards unfortunately, which makes no sense to me (it's not like they print them there it still takes a few weeks to mail it to you).

    Same advice though, go first thing, although I think I did it on a Wednesday.  And make 100% sure you have all the paperwork, if you have a passport that's the easiest thing to work with.
