Mori Lee 1959 Dress

Does anyone have the Mori Lee 1959 dress in ivory/silver or ivory/lt. gold  size 8-14 who is willing to part with or sell the removable keyhole back lace coverlet/sleeves for this dress? I bought this dress new and unfortunately the coverlet was lost either during alterations or transit to/from. I bought this dress solely because I loved the removable coverlet/sleeves. Please let me know ASAP. I am desperate but I can’t afford to purchase a whole new dress.

    Did you lose it? Or did the store you bought it from lose it? If so I would contact them to replace it if it wasn't your fault.
