NWR: Need some good vibes

My FI and I are an interfaith couple. His family is intensely Catholic and my family is far more culturally Jewish these days but I have been trying to reconnect with my faith over the past couple years. I've celebrated Christmas with his family and Matt celebrates Hanukkah with my family but we have never done a big family Jewish holiday.

We are hosting the seder meal tonight (thank goodness I had the day off work to cook and set everything up) and it's his parent's first ever Passover celebration so please send me some good vibes! I'm getting very nervous. This is the first time they've ever asked to be included so I want everything to be wonderful.

    Thanks girls! Dinner is almost done. The seder plate is ready. And I made coconut macaroons and flourless chocolate cake for dessert and I bought some orange sobet to go with the cake.

    Scarlet I miss you too! I don't see you over on this board much. How's wedding planning going? Your invites are adorable!

    I'm semi-dealing with the same (FI's family is Catholic... I was raised without a faith, though my father was raised a devout Jew) - glad to see families connecting like yours!
