I was looking for a new pasta salad recipe and this keeps popping up on pinterest. I can't tell if it would be good or not. Chicken ceasar pasta salad, but I wouldn't add the chicken.

Yay! I only needed one person to say it sounded good. I'm doing minus chicken for this party, but if it's good adding chicken will make it a summer dinner/potluck offering.

I always do pasta salad with tortellini. Cheese. Boil 'em up, toss them with balsamic vinaigrette while they're hot, then add the veggies and more vinaigrette when they're cold. It's a hit at parties.

@baconsmom I have a couple of tortellini ones I do, but M2 specified she wanted "air noodles" for her birthday party. That sent me down a rabbit hole of pinterest.

Side funny: first time I made tortellini for the ILs they were all confused and kept asking what kind of pasta was it.

Does this sound gross?
