Need Help.... Wedding party question

Hi All

I have an interesting situation I need some advice on in regards to who stands up with me. My fiancee has seven people standing with him I have four whom I have chosen. My question is I have three sons who i would like to include on my side (ages 25, 23, 17) does anyone have any ideas as to how to incorporate them....

Thank you all in advance for you help!

They can be on your side. Just because they're boys menfolk doesn't mean they can't be bridesmen. It's perfectly okay :)

You include your sons as bridesmen.  It is really as simple as that.

There are really only 2 categories of people who have a special role in the wedding, aside from the bride and groom and the officiant. The first is the bridal party, which has nothing to do with gender and does not have to be even. As others mentioned you can easily have your sons be a part of your bridal party on your side. The second is the immediate family, who's often escorted down the aisle prior to the bridal party and given the seats in the front. You could have your sons come in at the start of the processional and sit in the front row, and even stop and hug them on your way up to the alter when you get down the aisle.

Your sons can stand on your side with you. The "boys on one side, girls on the other" is a pretty dated notion. Also, you don't need to have even sides. If you'd rather just get them boutonnieres and seat them in the front row, that's fine too.
