Hi Im getting married in Caesars Palace in Feb 2016. The ceremony is at 2.30pm, then DBB at 4pm for two hours the reception at 6pm in Maggianos. Just looking for suggestions for in between the ceremony and the DBB. We want to give people something to eat before all the free flowing booze on the bus tour, (theres no food permitted on the bus). There'll be 40-60 guests and our budget for this would be $1000. Any suggestions for something in or close to Caesars, as we only have an hour in between. Thanks!

    So, to be clear, you want something like:

    2:30: ceremony
    3:00 - 4:00: feed guests some appetizers
    4:00 - 6:00: DDB tour
    6:00: reception

    Trevi might be able to whip up some appetizer platters for you. I can't remember their coordinator's name, but she's really easy to work with.

    The coordinator was Michelle when I was looking into Trevi.
