Reception in restaurant.

Hi Everyone,

We have decided to have our reception meal in MOzen Bistro, for me this restaurant has the colour scheme that I like and there is something on the menu for everyone (I found it really hard before I came across this menu because my dad is a fussy eater)

I was just wondering about everyones opinion on being in a restaurant in a wedding dress, my dress is very simple and not big, but we are not having the private room (Which is just glassed off anyway) as there aren't very many of us....
I just don't want to get strange looks.... haha.

I know a lot of people on here have had meals in restuarants and would love to hear opinions!

Only 2 months to go now.... Time really does fly! :)

  • No one is going to look twice at you in Vegas in a wedding dress, both because there are lots of people who get married there and because there will always be ten people in the area wearing something a lot weirder. Don't worry about it.

  • Thank you @amelisha, I did think that but it is nice to hear! haha
  • Yep, non issue, you'll be fine.

  • It's no problem.  We went to a bar after our wedding and the "strangest" thing was that a guy high fived H walking through the casino with me.  As a local I see brides in restaurants fairly often, and while someone might say congratulations I've certainly never noticed any of them getting strange looks.

    Have a blast!
  • that's a relief to hear! I've was starting to get nervous about it! Thanks everyone!!
