Lolo's thread (or at least I think it was lolo?) about what to do with leftover ricotta cheese was full of brilliant ideas. I make that amazing ricotta-garlic-rosemary dip all the time now so thanks again for whoever posted that!
I've been meaning to ask this for a while because every so often I use a recipe that includes a very delicious cream sauce made with mascarpone cheese and then I ALWAYS have the whole container left over (the recipe uses like 1 tablespoon) and it just sits in the fridge forever till I throw it out. So I'm hoping you ladies will have some brilliant ideas for this!
I know you can make cannolis and other dessert stuff with it. What about non dessert stuff? I'm not much of a dessert person and I hardly ever bake. Ideas?
