  We used a local printer to print ours. Very simple. Just sent an email to them and they printed it. I took their word for it when they said they looked good instead of going into the printer to check before they printed them off, but typically, they'd print samples then you'll choose your paper and then they'll print them off for you.   We did a local mom and pop copy shop. They were recommended to us from our local board so you can always try a local mom and pop shop. The shop we used printed out proofs for us in 80lb paper which is what we requested but also 100lb paper which is what they suggested. I called the next day and gave them the paper we decided on (they already had the quantity we needed) and we were able to pick up our entire order that same day.
