K4 Photography (Horrible update)

I guess I'm going to have to look into hiring an attorney just to get my photo album (which has been paid infull for over a year).  I called Krista Kaulfus the day before yesterday and left a message again asking her to please call me and let me know what was going on with my photo album.  For those of you who don't know I got married in October 2008 and I am still waiting for my photo album.  I haven't even gotten to see any preview of the "photo album".  She was supposed to have put it together and put it online for us to preview and approve, but we haven't even seen that yet.  She will not answer my calls and will not call me back after I have left messages with her to please get in touch with me.  One person who read my previous post said that they heard that someone else on the knot had trouble with her too. As you all know I have called one of the photographers associations that she is a member of and he said that he had another complaint about her.   Any one know any good attrorneys?

    I'm sorry things are not going well. I hope you are able to finally work things out and get your albums.

    Thats terrible!  Don't know any good attorneys here but I wish you the best.  Just wondering, how did you find this photographer?  Did they have good references?

    im so sorry that happened..i do think getting a lawyer is the only way to get their attention though

    I discovered k4 photography at the Bridal Extravaganza.  Krista had a booth there, and all of her photos seemed to capture what I wanted in a photographer.  I didn't check references because she seemed so professional and legitimate.  I wish I would have checked into her a bit more before I decided to choose her as my photographer.  Her packages run anywhere from about $2,000 -$6,000.  We choose the $4,000 package.  At this point I am trying to warn any brides who choose her as their photographer to be very careful.  I really don't want this to happen to anyother brides.  It is a horrible situation.
