Rehearsal Dinner - Inviting Ceremony helpers and planners?

Hello,

We are having our wedding ceremony at a church. We have already invited the priest, but I am wondering if we should also invite the church coordinator and the other two church volunteers who will be helping us on the day of the wedding. We have worked relatively closely with the church coordinator, but I have never met the other two volunteers. Additionally, I am wondering if we should invite our Wedding Planner? She has obviously been very involved in the whole process. She does have two assistants (whom we have not yet met), and if we invite our planner should we invite her assistants as well? The wedding planner and her assistants will be at the rehearsal itself. Any suggestions appreciated!

  • We invited our coordinator, but she also ran our rehearsal - not the pastor.

I'm assuming these people are receiving some kind of payment from you? It's good form to invite the priest, but you shouldn't feel obligated to invite the coordinator or assistants. I highly doubt they'll expect to be invited as that isn't usual in my experience.

I agree with this. If you are paying them, I don't think they'd be expected to be invited.
