These boards are pretty quiet so I'm stealing an idea that we do on the JULY 2010 board.

    Awww I love this DQ idea! Cute!

    We met in July 2006 when we were enrolled in the same Art History class in college. We had to go to an art gallery and I flirted shamelessly until he asked me on a date. Our first date was the next night and we've been together ever since - so about 3.5 years.

    I like the idea too!

    We met camping in 2003. He had blue hair! Hysterical... We hit it off, and when we got back, we started talking on the phone, and things just progressed from there. So we have been together 6 and a half years

    Great idea!

    I met my fiance at a pool hall in 1999.  His friend actually hit on me (he was more quiet) but ended up calling me.  We tried to go out on dates a couple times over the course of 6 years...but always kind of fell back into friendship rather than romance. 

    In 2005 we tried another date - and everything just clicked.  He moved in 5 months later.  We've been together almost 5 years (April).

    I've known FI since Jr. High.  I used to spend my lunch break chasing him (literally).  Man was he fast!  I remember thinking he was cute and funny, but I already had a boyfriend.

    Then in high school we were in the same math class.  He was a bit hyperactive, but when he was in my group he'd sit still.  Even when he'd be assigned to another group, he'd broker a trade with whoever was sitting in my group.  He always ended up next to me.

    We flirted a lot.  Our first kiss was on the front porch in December in front of my brother who was sent out to spy on us.  Mom didn't let him in the house for a few months because she didn't "know" him. 

    Our first date was 2 years after we became a couple. Hey - we were poor high school students!

    We just celebrated our 15 year anniversary, and we'll be getting married in August 2010.
