Paying for Nightclub After Reception

We would like our bridal party and younger guests to join us at a nightclub after our reception. The plan is to casually spread the word during the wedding weekend and at the reception. For those who have done/plan to do this, how did you handle the costs?

Should we just pay for everyone, or Should we just welcome guests to join us at their own expense? If un-hosted, how do we announce it without sounding rude?

We also considered renting a party bus and covering the costs for the bridal party. Will this be rude to other guests who are not in the bridal party?

***We want to save money, but we also want our guests to feel comfortable***

    I am doing this unhosted (sort of). I choose the club and asked about discounted rates (we were able to get $20/guys and free for ladies). We made it very clear that this was optional and shared how much it costs. We did however get a VIP table for ourselves and bridal party and their significant others and we are covering that cost.

    Night clubs in vegas are very expensive if we're talking the popular ones on the strip.  Typically if you want a private reserved space, you're going to be looking at $250 to $500 per bottle of liquor and they'll make you buy a bottle for every four seats (people) you want to have sitting there.  You'll get the 28.1% service + tax on top of that.

    If saving money is the goal, probably better to find a club you like and just say "Hey we're going to hang out there later if you're not doing anything" so you're not implying that you're paying for any of it.  You could always pay the cover for the people you want, or buy them some drinks, etc.

    Chris from freevegasclubpasses.com may be a good resources if you want to plan something; he is hooked up with all the clubs and can typically at least get your cover waved or reduced even if you're not doing bottle service.

    Agreed with @vegasgroom...we are paying $750 for a VIP able for 9 (includes tax and gratuity) but the club isn't as popular.

    Thanks vegasgroom, I'll check him out. We've only looked at packages through mysincityparty so far.

    We're thinking about either Chateau, 1Oak, or LAX. So hmgiffor, will your other guests be able to come near the VIP table where you will be?

    Yes. We are having it at Chateau. We requested a table near the dance floor or outside (there are actually several in the middle of it) so that we can be near our guests.

    LAX, in Luxor, may be reasonable as it's a massive club so plenty of room.  1Oak is very popular so that one will probably be quite expensive.

    We are going to follow @vegasgroom's suggestion to just let people know where we will be after the reception and let them know they are welcome to join. They will have been drinking for free for three hours, so I don't think anyone will be offended by having to pay for their own drinks at that point.

    Holy crap, LAX is considered massive for the Vegas strip?!? That's the only nightclub I've actually made it to in Vegas and I found it really small. But hey, drinks were free until midnight and the music was reasonable.

    Yeah it's pretty big, most are much smaller from a private rooms and tables perspective.
