After lurking on here everyday for the past six weeks, I decided to join the discussion. Your posts and input have been immensely helpful to our planning process. It's tough planning a wedding from a distance without having a chance to scope everything out beforehand, so the reviews on here have informed many of our decisions. Thank you, thank you!
My fiance and I are getting married at Mandalay Bay on 9/26 and holding our reception in the Vista Suite. Both are finally booked, as is Bently & Wilson (5 hrs), Travis Allen, and the Cosmo Wraparound Terrace Suite for our meet and greet. Save the dates (which look like cute playing cards!

) go in the mail tomorrow. I'm currently working with Scott at Masterpiece Cuisine to find the right menu for our (estimated) 45 guests.
Has anyone had any experience with Masterpiece's staffed options (chef bar + passed appetizers or staffed heavy apps buffet)? I want to make sure we have enough food to make a full meal for our guests. Any insights or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
