I only just got cable so I'm new to this show. I do love trash TV though!

I'm watching this episode with this tiny blonde girl who had a bad boob job, although I'm not really seeing why she hates them. They just look like big typical fake boobs to me. She has a big diamond on her finger and a very clearly expensive looking house, but her dad paid for her boob job. If that's not weird enough, when she was telling him about how the boob job didn't turn out well, he kept sneaking peeks are her chest.

I mean I'm close to my dad but I can't seriously imagine asking him to pay for a boob job. The fuck? If anyone is paying for that particular surgery it really should be the one fondling them.

Same episode: There's a chick who underwent a tummy tuck with only ice for anesthetic. 

My mom is getting work done next week. Her eyelids are like a mono-lid or something and the fat in them grows over her eyes as she ages. She finally has bad enough sight that it's covered by insurance. She's really excited. Apparently it's genetic so I might have to do it when I'm older. I guess they are cutting like an inch of skin off her eye crease. She says she is going to have to learn to wear eyeshadow because she will have normal eyelids!

Update: Just saw the first girl's naked boobs and they really aren't that bad. I'm not seeing what the hell is so botched here that she needs 2 more surgeries. Not that I'm against plastic surgery; if it makes you feel more confident go for it! I would love to get a boob reduction or maybe not have such a long thin nose.

    I don't usually watch it but I did see on the commercial that I am pretty sure New York from FOL is going to be on it!

    I love this train wreck. 

    The guy who wants to be Justin Bieber is my fav.

    I cannot believe that crazy woman who had a tummy tuck with just ice because it was cheaper. The fuck?!

    Also the uniboob one was disgusting.

    I watched a little bit of last season. Crazy. There was one woman they turned away and wouldn't even operate on. I think she had had her eyes done to look more Caucasian, and now she regretted it. 

    A tummy tuck with only ice for numbing? WTH?

    this woman had a really really shitty boob job done (I think they put them in completely under the muscle or something insane), and it was so fucked up that they just settled into her sternum area and her body pushed the implants into the same pocket and they were just one large center lump. Horrific.

    I never understood the boob job thing. I'm obviously no surgeon but how is that the one that gets fucked up? It seems IMO that a nose job or face lifts would be more difficult.

    The pockets can be made too big, creating a floating nipple effect. Scar tissue can develop, creating seams, and the bag can be underfilled which shows ripples. Patients could have wanted to go up larger sizes, the more surgeries, the more scar tissue.... the worse the implant will look. Patients can ask for breasts too big for their smaller bodies to support. Most times when you have jacked up ta ta's it is usually the doctor's fault. 
      Also, I don't believe people have to be board certified plastic surgeons. I think they can have a different specialty and go into the field of plastic surgery. Also, this field is relatively new, so the doctors are still learning. If you ever walk into a large strip club, you can see all of the errors they made in previous surgeries.

    Did you see the butt implant that could turn completely around under the skin?! Aaaah nasty. But I love this show. I have always loved surgery shows, in high school I loved the original Extreme Makeover when it was just bodies not houses. And The Swan where they turned "ugly ducklings" beautiful with like 18 procedures. I personally wouldn't get any work done but I just love watching it.

    I loved this. 

    Especially the over weight (or felt over weight) girls who refused to diet but if they could just win the lipo they'd be so ready for their princess moment. And the nose job. And the boob implants. And the eye lift. And volia new shiny plastic superficial person for my husband to see for the first time on our wedding day!
