I am having trouble find a venue in northern nj, price range 125pp including service and tax. My wedding will be about 90 ppl, which is part of the issue Bc a lot of places have a minimum for a Friday night, below are the places I considered. I really want to get married outdoors too! Any help with new possibilities is appreciated.

Richfield manor- no outside ceremony tho
The elan- visting wed
Birchwood manor- prob too expensive but we have an apt sat.
Royal manor- 100 headcount but visiting soon
The tides- not loving but I'll visit
The atrium- waiting to hear back
We are looking for preferably a modern feel, outdoor ceremony.
