Tate House and The chimney at big canoe

We are thinking of having our ceremony under the cherry blossom trees at The chimney at big canoe and reception at the tate house outhouse has anyone been to either these venues any reviews? Planning from Chicago.

    I personally haven't been to either, but I do recommend The Chimneys at Big Canoe. You can even do your reception there (outdoors) if you don't want to go with the Tate House. IMO, they are extremely affordable, especially during a the non-peak season and they work with an incredible caterer (Talk of the Town). Best of luck!
