I have to "fire" someone who I didn't actually hire. Its a family friend and someone who did us a lot of favors at the beginning of wedding planning. We were going to hire her to do our decoration but it kept getting pushed up and held up and it was going nowhere but up in pricing. Well today I got super pissed off at her and her lack of commitment to go through with the phone calls she kept promising.
I had her money all ready to go and it seems she couldve cared less.
Well I called a coordinator/decorator I had contacted a year ago and miraculously she was available on our date and I just signed her!
But now I have to call friend and tell her "sorry you didn't have enough motivation to work with us, thank you for all your help, but we found someone else"
So any help in the wording department????
