Dennis Dischler Photography - anyone know anything about this photographer?

Hello All - We're looking for a photographer under $1,000. When searching on here one link came up for Dennis Dischler. Does anyone know of anyone who has used him? Compliments? Complaints?

    Have you tried the local colleges for a photo student or recent grad?

    he is a good photog! a friend of mine used him a while back and was happy!

    I used him for my wedding recently in November. He was very professional and I loved the pictures he took, but he is very slow getting everything back to you. I'm still waiting to get my pictures back, but the few "proofs" I've seen have been great! So, the tradeoff to using him is that you'll have to wait 3-4 mos. afterwards for the pictures and the rights.

    This is common with a decent photog... 8-12 weeks is common, and since you had holidays thrown in there as well, it may take a little longer.

    u should check with Pete Lounsbury! he gave me an Wednesday deal of $350 for 500-700 proofs on a disk, 6 hrs coverage, & i think a montage. I also got a free e-pic session with discounted prints. he's great to work with & would rather offer a lower rate, then not have the business.
