Park Avenue Club in Florham Park feedback??

My fiance and I are scheduled to look at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ this coming weekend. We have a venue we really liked in the Poconos but are interested in checking out just this one more place. Has anyone had or attended a wedding here? Any feedback as far as prices and thoughts would be great!! Smile

    I remember seeing a thread on this recently. Maybe try and do a search?

    I did, but it was limited. Figured maybe a new thread would get more answers.

    I'm having my wedding at the park avenue club in July.  I haven't attended a wedding there, but I LOVE the venue.  every time I go, I feel better and better about our choice.  the wedding event coordinator there, Inez, is amazing.  It's never taken her more than a day to get back to me on anything, and usually doesn't take more than an hour.  I went there for a bridal show last weekend, and even though I hadn't seen her since I booked the venue last Mrch, she recognized me and came up to say hello.  The food is great-- every vendor I talk to about anything comments about how much they love the venue and how amazing the food is.  I can't say enough good things about it.

    As far as price is concerned, it's about $125 per person, ++, with a minimum guarantee of I think 125 guests, maybe 130.  $1000 ceremony fee if you want to use it for your ceremony site too.

    My fiance and I looked at a place in the poconos, too-- the Stroudmoor.  We liked it a lot, but the Park Avenue Club blew it out of the water.
  • also, prices are about $125 ++
