forgot to use junior on wedding invites, opps

So my fiance is a junior and i realized after my wedding invitations came in that i didn't put junior behind his name. is it that big of a deal? I am not really in the place to spend money getting them re-printed.Our wedding is going to be semi formal,  Any thoughts?

Will it be clear to everyone who receives them who he is?  If so, I wouldn't worry about it.
  • I'm thinking it is not a big deal.  If you are inviting people to your wedding they should have an idea of who you are marrying.  The only people who may go "huh?" are your FI relatives because they will be the one's to know that he is in fact a Jr, but then they should also be smart enough to know that you aren't marrying his Father.

  • thanks ladies! I figured it would be fine but then you have that "damn" moment. oh well. i plan on adding the Jr on our return address, that should take care of any confusion.

    LOL...i hope so :-)

  • OH MY GOD, ARE YOU MARRYING HIS DAD?!

Just kidding, I don't think it's a big deal. I'm sure most people know who you're marrying. I would ask your FI, though, it being his name and all. If he doesn't care then carry on.

That's only if you have a boy. Unless you plan on naming your first kid, regardless of sex, his name ;)
