  <div>Call them and tell them you need and answer. They might be afraid to say no. I had to call people and ask and when they didn't answer I had to tell them it is ok to say no. I understood they couldn't make it. </div>

  I had the same problem.  My wedding is in 12 days and there are STILL 50+ people who didn’t send their RSVP back.  We called, text’d, facebooked, etc.  Some answered, some didin’t.  Those that didn’t, we have counted them out. 

   

  As they contact me, I just tell them that we tried to reach them a week ago but we had to submit our final headcount and they weren’t in it.

   

  It sucks, but its not our fault.
