Seriously considering having food trucks "cater" our reception. Any experiences worth sharing out there? We will likely be doing a backyard shindig, very simple, probably around 50-60 people. I would love to not have to worry about place settings and whatnot. Super laid back and fun. In my daydreaming, I would get Caseus up here for gourmet grilled cheese and soup, Poutine King on the side for obvious delicious reasons, and maybe NoRA cupcake in lieu of a wedding cake?
