Our wedding was 2 weeks ago, Friday May 29th. Weather cooperated beautifully which was good since it is an outdoor wedding and reception (they have a Plan B for rain but I was hoping not to have to use it!). The next day they had 2 weddings there and I know there were a bunch of storms that rolled through.
Everything went pretty well. We found out about a month before that construction on the road to the venue (the main road that goes from the interstate to the venue) was under construction and the detour lead through a very congested area. We have everyone a heads up to allow for extra time and only one couple was late - and they are always late so no surprise there 
Received lots of comments that the venue was great, the officiant did a wonderful ceremony that was definitely "us" so we were pleased. The venue is a nursery with the gardens/wedding venue around it, so when you show up you think "what is this place" but then you get to the gardens and realize how pretty is it.
Few snafus but nothing major. I couldn't get H's ring on him, his fingers swelled some from taking some pictures in the sun and then I think general anxiety, I couldn't get it past the knuckle and was going to leave it and he kept whispering "keep pushing, keep pushing" which then cracked me up and I was apparently laughing though fortunately I held it together and eventually got the ring on! Also when we went to cut the cake (did cupcakes and then a cutting cake), realized that the cake stand hadn't been set out and the cake was sitting on the table instead. Not a big deal but I was annoyed for a moment but of course no one except a few of us even knew it was supposed to be on there.
as everyone says it went by so freaking quickly, the day was a blur and even afterward it didn't feel real. I think I had to decompress from it all and be like oh wow I really did just get married!
Only have random pictures from fb right now, and one professional pic, but can't wait to get more. Apparently I make weird faces in candid pictures but that's ok!
