A coordinator at my venue suggested sending the hotel room block info with the STDs since it will give guests plenty of advance notice (I'm not a fan of wedding websites). Our hotel block rate ends a month before the wedding - so if we waited to send with the invites, it would only give guests less than a month to book their rooms upon receiving the invite and plan (if they will be making a weekend out of the wedding since it will be June at the shore). Of course, hotel info will be included with every invitation as well as the STDs (if we did this), but wanted to see what others' take on this idea might be. Thanks!
