The Knot Wedding Website Registry Issues

Hi all - 

Hoping someone can help me here. I have my Kohl's & Amazon registry linked to my wedding website hosted through The Knot. It was all find at first, but now the registries have not updated. Items that have been bought aren't showing up as so. Even ones my FI and I deleted are still showing up.

Any help? I have people starting to shop who are having problems.

    I am sorry that your registry is not updating. I have reached out to our customer service team, and they are looking into your registry to make sure it updates correctly. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them about this.

    Thank you for your assistance. I did just change my settings to not have the items actually show on the page to avoid the confusion for now. However, I would love to actually show them, instead of just having the link.
