Venue suggestions - NW Cinci area (West Chester, Fairfield, etc)

My best friend is wedding planning for next fall and it seems like every site she has checked (in the Northwest region, think West Chester, Fairfield, Hamilton, Middletown) is booked for every Saturday in the fall. Mulhauser Barn is a favorite but the only available day is Nov. 12 - any suggestions for other places to check that we may not have thought of? Looking for a ceremony site and a reception site or a combination. I think she's probably like to keep venue fees under $1k.
Thanks!

Barn-n-Bunk in Trenton is a great place to look and they offer a buffet.  Talk to Bev.

I got married and had my reception at Lake Lyndsay near Hamilton. I loved the venue...it was perfect for me. I believed we paid $3k for a saturday rental.

My friend used Beckett Ridge Country Club.

    No idea on cost though.

We used Wetherington Country Club. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out. They have the best customer service of any venue we visited. You can use their greens for a ceremony and the reception space is beautiful. There is no venue fee, just food/alcohol/gratuity. We paid about $7500 for the whole shebang-beer/wine bar, plated dinner, gratuity, for 115 people.

My friend just got married at Lake Lynsey, too. It was nice!

We're going to Walden Ponds in Hamilton, just 2 or 3 miles from Lake Lynsey. It's a golf club but the site has a plantation house with a gazebo and tented area for the ceremony and reception, just steps apart! It's gorgeous and wouldn't have everything booked up yet, check em out, or email me if you want some pictures: www.waldenponds.com     lbc8586@gmail.com

    Good luck!
