    I'm kinda disappointed that no one on the news team was trying to stop from laughing.  But great job to the reporter especially.  He might have gotten decked if he had laughed.

    I saw this yesterday and it was crazy.  I love how the reporter seems like maybe he should do a follow up question, but instead just turns back to the camera to finish up his report.

    I do feel bad for this woman. Her idiot cousin won't leave her alone, her house is lit on fire, and people are making her the laughing stock of the internet. I'm just glad her, her husband, and her dogs are safe. Hopefully cousin will leave her alone.

    I do feel kind of bad for her, but you can also use a filter.. why on earth would you flat out say "yeah, it was my cousin because I won't get with him because I'm married" on TV, just stick with "I have no idea". She basically just did it to herself.

    Yeah I was not laughing at her socio-economic status whatsoever. What I thought was hilarious was how she just busted out with "My cousin set the fire cuz I won't get with him" on (what I assume is) live TV, to a super-composed reporter who I'm sure did not see that coming at all.

    You can also tell that she thought about it before saying it, and the way she said it just so "oh yeah, shit happens all the time" Um.. what!? Sorry @hellohkb, I wasn't trying to disagree with you or start anything, just my two cents :)

    I started with just making a joke about MI and then thought about some of the really mean comments I saw on Facebook. Im not saying anyone here did something mean.

    For the record, I was clearly talking about the husband LOL.

    By now though you think people would realize that news cameras always go for the lowest common denominator when it comes to interviews.  I have yet to see a story where they ask what happened and the person responds:      "My cousin and I were having an altercation over some private family issues and we couldn't come to an agreement, so he resorted to arson.  I think I should probably speak with my aunt to see if they've considered counseling to help him with his well established anger management issues."

    Edited to add:  Do you think she becomes a music video on You Tube?

    Yeah I would never admit my cousin was trying to get with me. Once I said a second cousin was hot but meant it in a platonic 100% nonsexual way, haha.
