SIL and her husband are going out of town for a while so she stopped by and gave us their farm share (yay!). But it included like 20 pounds of green beans.
Usually I just snip the ends and steam them, but to get through all (or even half) of them we'd have to be eating steamed green beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do any of you knotties know of some good recipes?
