PSA: Michael's coupon

My sister sent this to me via email, and I thought I would post on here, since it's 20% off everything including sale items.  I know it's late, and I am sorry!  It's good for tomorrow November 13th- if I find one for next week, I will post that as well :)

Just to add, if you sign up for their emails, they send you coupons almost every week.  AND you can print them as many times as you want!  I spent many afternoons after work getting in and out of line to use multiple coupons!

Really?  Thanks for letting me know this!  I thought you could only use the coupon code/barcode once.  That's really helpful, Dibs!

PS- can I have that recipe for those cake pops you made?!  They looked soooo good- and with 4 nieces and a nephew, it would go over great at their bday parties :)

Being a huge DIY bride, those coupons came in so handy!  I would print out multiple coupons and either go several times in one week or go through line once, then switch to another line to buy the same thing with another coupon.  I never once had a problem with using the same barcode.

Technically, it's supposed to be one coupon per customer per day, but sshhh!  Once I actually returned some unneeded supplies from different receipts and the cashier even said something like "you bought these on the same day, minutes apart", lol.

And the cake pops were a HUGE hit.  I think the adults liked them even more than the kids.  My brother in law ate three of them and my mom sneakily wrapped some up and took them home (which my sister found the next day).  I just sprinkled mine with colored sugar while they were still wet, but I'm excited to try them again and get a little more fancy.  Oh and for mine, I just did a regular vanilla boxed cake mix with cream cheese frosting (only 1/2 of the can though - I found more made them too doughy and not cakey enough).  Anway, here's the basic Bakerella directions that I used:

1 13X9 baked cake (from a box cake mix or from scratch … any flavor)
1 can frosting (or about 2 cups equivalent from scratch)
    Wax paper
    Candy melts (1 lb. pkg.)
    Lollipop sticks

1.) Bake a cake from a mix or from scratch and cool completely.
2.) After cake is cooked and cooled completely, crumble into a fine consistency into a large bowl.
3.) Mix thoroughly with 1 can of frosting using the back of a large spoon.  You may not need the entire can of frosting.
4.) Roll mixture into 1.25" - 1.5" size balls and lay on wax paper covered cookie sheet.  You may want to periodically rinse and dry your hands off in between. (Should make 45-50)
5.) Cover with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for several hours.
6.) When you are ready to dip, remove from freezer and set up another wax paper covered cookie sheet.
7.) Follow the instructions on the package for melting. Most recommend heating for 30 second intervals at a time and stirring in between. You can also do the double boiler method.
8.) Dip the tip of your lollipop stick in a little of the melted candy coating and insert into the cake balls. (Insert a little less than halfway.)
9.) Place them in the freezer for a little while to firm up. (5-10 minutes)
10.) Once firm, carefully insert the cake ball into the candy coating by holding the lollipop stick and rotating until covered. Once covered remove and softly tap and rotate until the excess chocolate falls off. Don’t tap too hard or the cake ball will fall off, too.
11.) Place in a styrofoam block to dry.
    12.) Dry completely (15-20 minutes)
