Invite wording help for reception only (after private civil ceremony)

We're having a civil ceremony at City Hall with just our parents, then off to a reception of 50+ people at a nearby hotel. Does this wording make it clear?

"(our names)

REQUEST THE PLEASURE OF YOUR COMPANY

AT THE RECEPTION CELEBRATING THEIR MARRIAGE

FOLLOWING A PRIVATE CEREMONY"

It does, but it isn't proper.  The bride and groom never directly invite people to any part of their wedding.  The wording should be this:

The pleasure of your company is requested
at a reception to celebrate the recent marriage of
    Bride's Full Name
    and
    Groom's Full Name
    Day, date
    time o'clock
    Venue name
    Address
    City, State

It isn't necessary to include details about your ceremony.  Just as long as it is clear that you will be married by the time the reception takes place.
