hi! i'm getting married in key west on 2/20/16. we've already hired a DJ but we're thinking that a musician (soloist, guitarist, harpist, violinist, etc.) would be nice for the ceremony and cocktail hour. we're also thinking this could be a more affordable option than a DJ if we could find a new artist or someone from a local music school (e.g. not pay the "wedding premium"). but when i google this, i mainly get the normal wedding websites (theknot, wedding wire, etc) listing musicians and they are all about the same price as the DJ. does anyone have any ideas or contacts for finding other musicians or any local music schools?
