Hoping someone can help...We are getting married at 2.30 in Caesars Palace in Feb next year, we then have the DDB, bus tour booked to leave there at 4.30pm. This will leave us at Maggianos for 6.30pm and hoping to sit down to dinner at 7pm.
My concern is the time in between the ceremony and the DBB. We planned the gap in between with the hope of organising some food for an hour before the DDB to line the stomachs! Dont want people drinking for two hours on an empty stomach! DDB dont allow food or snacks of any kind on board.
The problem is the budget, we only have $1000 to spend here and Serendipity have quoted $2,400 min spend. I had thought about having platters of food at the pool after the ceremony, but pool services dont serve food that time of year.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
