Who to give tip money to

I am wondering the tips for the servers and bar tender at the reception, who should we give their tip to? Do we give each server their own tip? Or do you give 1 big tip to the person in charge and they split it among them. Do we include the bartender's tip in with the servers, or should they be given their tip separately?

    I would give an envelope to the person in charge (or your DOC), with instructions on how you want the tip money distributed (for servers and bar tenders).

    I didn't have a DOC or anybody in charge other than me, so I gave one large tip to the head server/captain as she was my go to person all night.  I'm assuming she would then distribute it accordingly with the servers and bartenders.

    My bartenders worked later than the rest of the servers so I tipped them more...I asked the caterer to distribute everything becasue I knew I wouldn't be able to reach each individual.
