I am on day 28! She is still kicking my butt. I can not wait til 30 so I can start over with heavier weights or without beginner modifications...I want to add more cadio! GOOD LUCK...You are on your way to a rocking bod!
I'm on level 2 and I do the advanced stuff so it takes me a long time to go on to the next level b/c it takes me a long time to adjust. Well level 2 KILLS me. I breath harder than when I run.
I just started it yesterday too. My back and chest are definitely feeling it today! I'm excited for the next 29 days, it seems to be pretty effective for me.
I did her 30 day shred about a month ago and lost 10lbs! I also bought her newest video get ripped in 30 which comes with a meal plan. Her book making the cut also has a 7 day flush to get into "big day" shape!
well good luck to all you girls!! I did day 1 and was soo sore I couldnt do it again the next day! haha. So I did it yesterday (felt way better) and today will be day 3!
And stretch a litttle extra than what the DVD tells you to do--It helped me a ton!!!
