I am planning on getting married at the Forever Grand chapel in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on 24th August 2016. They have just emailed me my contract. I was wondering what I had to look out for or be careful about? I have specified what I would and wouldn't like in emails (does this also count as in writing?). For example, the package includes a tuxedo; my fiancé doesn't want it, he's wearing his own suit. The coordinator has told me in email that instead I can have $100 towards chapel decor, but this isn't written in the contract, just through email.
What I am planning to do is print off the contract, write any amendments on it, then scan it and email it back to her so she can write me up an amended contract, which I will then sign. Is this ok? If not, what should I do?
