Burgundy and Navy Blue Wedding Colors?

Hey Everyone!

I just recently got engaged and am beginning to plan my wedding. The wedding will be September 2016, working on getting a venue to so I can set an exact date. I was thinking Navy and Burgundy for my colors with maybe some gold accents. Thoughts?

    Are you thinking guys in navy suits and burgundy ties and the girls in burgundy? I just google imaged it - it looks really pretty!!!

    I think it sounds pretty!  My colors were more of the dark red, burned orange, and chocolate brown fall type colors, but my matron of honor wore a dark blue dress with a dark red wrap, and since our wedding was on the casual side, the guys wore really dark wash jeans, tan vests, white shirts with a dark red grid pattern, and dark red ties.  I really liked how the dark red and dark blue looks together.

    Plus, dark blue/navy/whatever you call it is pretty much a neutral so it goes with just about anything.

    A friend just did a burgundy and navy wedding with silver accents. It was very pretty.
