@minskat30 is in a meeting all day today, I thought I'd go ahead and post this week's fitness update. How is everyone doing with October goals? Hard to believe we're almost halfway through the month!
I'm at 10 workouts for the month, so I'm halfway to my goal of 20! Woot! I'm pretty confident I'll surpass that goal, which is really exciting. Here's how last week went:
Monday - Rest day due to working late
Tuesday - 50 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
Wednesday - one hour training session in the morning, and then 50 minutes of cardio in the evening
Thursday - Unexpected rest day due to muscle fatigue from previous day's workouts
Friday - Arms + cardio 60-minute workout. Originally wanted to do legs, but they were still sore from Wednesday.
Saturday - Leg day! Plus the elliptical. Total workout was 50 minutes.
Sunday - Rest day. I intended to work out, but my body just wasn't feeling it.
This week's plan:
Today - Arms + Cardio for 50-60 minutes
Tuesday - Cardio for 50 minutes
Wednesday - Morning training session, evening cardio session
Thursday - Maybe a rest day? If not, probably leg day.
Friday - Arms + cardio
Saturday - Rest (won't have time to workout)
Sunday - Cardio probably
Basically every workout after Wednesday is up in the air. Depends on my schedule and how sore I am on Thursday. :-P
